do you know if they will be having the same kind of start in the Aransas Pass tourney. I use to fish the big tournament in Jax. fla. many years ago and there was always a boat or two swamped from all the wakes from the bigger boats, then they started to do a beach start every body had to be in the specific area at start time, it made it much safer. I know that we had some issues with the crabman bait shop last year.

Last year it was a blastoff start out of aransas pass, not real good b/c of the boat ramps along the shrimper's canal. I don't know what they plan this year, but hopefully they start down closer to the jetties. I guess we'll find out at the Captains meeting.
