Any videos on the net about rod building?

I've always toyed with the idea of making my own rods, but I'm not sure what all is involved with the construction...components, techniques, time involved, etc. Does anyone know of any video clips on the net that might show me a quick step-by-step demonstration? Thanks in advance!

HCB, there are builders all over that would be happy to let you look over their shoulder and give you a quick overview of what it takes. It isn't rocket science(getting closer all the time) but a little mentoring will put you MILES ahead. Post up where you are and maybe you could hookup with a local builder. Then you would have a better idea of what it takes. tools,equipment, techniques etc........Chances are, if you've ever thought about rolling your own then you would probably like it.....Jim
