my wife and i rescued a sweet little dog from the pound this weekend, but he has to be neutered and needs his annual check up, are their any vets on here that have any special offerings for rescued dogs, we live in bayou vista area, but i work in n.w houston.

There is an outfit called SNAP that neuters dogs and cats for a very small fee.

We had the dog and the cat fixed there. Great service and it is the cheapest in town. Drop them off on the way to work and pick them up on the way home.

They process a lot of animals. I still have bad dreams about the pails of dog nuts they must have after a busy day! I didn't stop and pick-up any chinese on the way home.
