I am looking to buy a new Club Car Onward gas cart with the Kohler engine. I see that these engines had issues in these carts up to 2021 but can’t find anything after that year. Does anyone have any experience with these engines in the last year or too? I am hoping that they resolved the issues but have had zero luck finding anything.

I have one that I bought last April and have been happy with it with no problems. I keep it down at my place at Crystal Beach so it primarily just gets used to run up and down the beach.
Also it's pretty easy to adjust the throttle cable so that it now runs exactly 25mph up from the 19mph that they come set at from Club Car, 25 is the max speed that golf carts are allowed to run on the street.

Can’t speak on the gas version but good choice on Club Car. I do a lot of custom carts and CC is my favorite.
