Apparently this guy had a belly dump trailer and while fueling at a Flying J he accidently hit the lever to open the bottom of the trailer and dumped out bundles of marijuana on the pavement.

They are actually cracking down on them right now. Its called "Project Reckoning", they have already arrested 175 in the US and over 500 Zetas in Mexico. It has been a 15 month long investigation. Supposedly they have arrested over half of the Zetas which are part of the Gulf cartel. This will help out alot since we have seen many recent kidnappings lately. The cartel even went as far as placing banner on overpasses in Mexico trying to recruit new member before the crack down.
