I have been out 3 or 4 times in the past few weeks looking for Mr. Catfish, It has really been years since I fished the fresh water side, this vibrio thing really had us scared of the salt there for a while so I tried fresh water a few times and really enjoyed being out there, I have fished mainly with poles and chicken liver, caught nothing but little ones and not to m any, my bait kept gettin picked on by the perch. I am down here in Seadrift Texas, I have been fishing around SCHWINGS and GOFF bayous in the feeder creeks. anybody know of the places. I know someone posted up about using handlines overnight and differant various baits, any more info on that would be great, I threw my cast net last night and caught a few shad and mullet, I froze them and will try them next time. any info would be good...no great////// thanks in advance, I did go back to my saltwater honey hole last night and caught a limit of reds, I don't know what to do with em, half shell em or blacken MMMMMMMMM what a dilema.
