WHAT: AIA Sandcastle Competition.
WHEN: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
WHERE: East Beach.
DETAILS: Judging, 3 p.m. Saturday. Awards, 4:30 p.m.
COST: Parking $7 (free with yellow Park Board parking sticker)
