Well, I start a new job tomorrow, in a new (kind of) city, with a new truck, etc. Basically a whole new life, with the exception of Katie and Paige (and I think I'll keep them
). I've decided to give up drinking beer like a fish to go along with it. I actually went out and ran yesterday for the first time in about 6 years. My body hates me today, but I feel good about it. Beer ain't making me any skinnier, or winning me any new friends, so it's gonna go. My "power drinker" days are over.
Now I just have to figure out how to limit myself to 1 or 2 in a night and not want more. Any suggestions from anyone who has severely cut back their intake??
