In our haste to get ready for the approaching storm, it just dawned on me that today is 9-11, when you get the time stop and give thanks and say a little prayer for all who perished that day.

I was walking in from the morning football practice when one of the coaches yelled out, "The World Trade Center has been bombed". It was hard to figure until I got inside and listened to the news.

We actually had a moment of silence at work this morning. That really impressed me

That should have been a wake-up call for us but I'm not sure we have heeded the warning.
