sky was overcast and the water was off color visibility down the chain was maybe 30 feet or so
saw a few bait / kissing fish around the chain but not much made a couple quick trolls but didnt stay around long looking forward to checking them out again for sure

Its going to be up to us to report boats that tie to the FADs, it is also up to us to educate people and approach them respectfully about it to avoid altercations. I've seen only a couple boats out there when i've visited them but none were tied. It also helps that a lot of the center consoles/power cats have spot lock nowadays.
