Are you just putting these next to a flat where you are duck hunting? Just put them in family groups randomly through out your spread. At the end of the seaon seperate the species in small groups. If that is all you are goose hunting with you need to add a few or 500-1000 more,lol.
Thanks Deke, We have a duck pond next to a plowed field. I know that's not the right spread but with a new hunter going with me, I'll be doing most of the set up myself. I'm just hoping for a few young ones to come close enough for us to shoot at while he's out there with me. WE'll be pass shooting from our levee if the wind is right. thanks for the tips
