Well if you mean my all time favorite cork, that would be Mid Coast Products. And my favorite model is their Inticer... In the Houston area - Marburgers or Fishing Tackle Unlimited. Great cork!

thats it....... that one to me is used mainly for fishing shallow water. Correct.. guess I will have to get another brand in conjunction w/ a bobber stopper to fish in deep water.....the ones w/ NO slit down the side is ok.... or my trusty Cajun Rattler rigged to slip.

Youve got to figure out where in the water column theyre biting by adjusting leader length. Usually start about 24" and go from there. Sometimes its not as critical as others, theyll come up and see what the noise is and nail the lure thinking another fish is going to get it first.
