Froggies is the best boat ramp to put in the water. it is a public ramp at no charge. all the other charge a fee. also Froggies has the cheepest live bait and dead bait. you know all the ramps get line up. why.
I only like clarks because of the wet slips that comes with the rooms.

We stayed at pirates cove a few times, its ok. Clarks rooms arent as big, just newer. I think you can buy a condo at pirates, theyve been for sale for years but not cheap!
Uhmmmmmmmmmm.......you know what?........i drove down there today and your right.......even with this wind there was LOTS of boats out. wow...i dont mind the wind so much but wanted to go down there and kind of get familiar with the locations and such. cathy's got some good shrimp!!
I was just messing with you bro. All you can eat shrimp at cathys is da bomb biggity. I spent more time working in poc than fishing in the last seven years so i ate at cathys if they were open
Pirates Cove is nice, except for the vehicle parking can get tight and some people think your parking spot is theirs too when they have too many cars in their own designated area. Also the first couple condos nearest the pool dont have a reserved slip like the others, they have two slips by the pool that are first come first serve.
Clark's is too steep in my opinion, I would pick one of others. Noticed too while I was down there this past weekend that Clark's is for sale. The Inn, the restaurant, the bait shop, everything's for sale.
I've really seen the quality of that place decline over the last couple of years. I hope someone comes in there and turns things around.
