Flounder gigging in Port O'Connor

It has been a while since last time I went gigging, and I wasn't real sure how many flounder would be in the bays in Port O'Connor. Last night the winds were low and the water was in good shape. We saw a lot of small flounder and even passed on some smaller legal size flounder as well. We got our 3 man limit in about 2 1/2 hrs with the largest one just under 20". It looks like this year will be another good year for flounder gigging.
I was going to wait until March to start running charters, but the action is plenty hot now. If you are in the POC area for spring break and looking for some getaway fun, book a trip your whole family can enjoy.
