A 2Cooler keeps sending me spam

I get spam at 3 or 4 in the morning on my phone. I have asked the person to delete me from from his contacts to no avail. I'm getting tired of being woken up so early in the morning. Does he have a virus on his email or what? He said he cleaned his computer and didn't find anything. Why do I keep getting spam from him? Any ideas on how to get this to quit? Should I delete him from my contacts? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Just block him. Problem solved.

sounds like a virus or stalker (LOL) that time of the day is a trigger for spammers to send their junk

if he can not get the problem solved, I would delete him as a contact until it gets resolved

I have deleted him as a contact on my e-mail, but I keep getting e-mails. All the e-mails are coming from his yahoo account...not on 2Cool. He just happens to be a 2Cooler and I thought he may read this and get the hint. I've asked him politely several times to delete me from his contacts and re-scan his computer. So far that hasn't worked. I use Yahoo also and haven't found a way to block him permanently unless I pay Yahoo.

Yahoo's address books are compromised daily by spammers/hackers.. I was once. Just deleted the online address book. Problem solved. Unless it gave it to your uncle, then niece, then her neighbors uncles grandmas 3 great grandson dad...LOL
