X2 for Ball Insurance.

I just got my motorcycle license May 6th. I would highly recommed one of the MTC courses given around the area. I took it in Rosenberg and was very happy with the whole set up they have there. After my insurance discount for taking the MTC course, I pay $53.00 a year for liability on my '82 Nag.

Good luck on your decision. I ride mine to work and whenever I can on the weekend and I'm having a blast on it.

I am pretty sure that to get your license now you have to take the Motorcycle safety course.

If you take the riding course then, if it's still the same, all you take is the written test. Also, when checking insurance some of them will give you a 10% discount if you have taken the course!

I just bought a bike. Take the course. Depending on where your at Harley dealers have them or look on the web. on Insurance I checked alot of them for full cov. I pay 400.00 a year. this includes towing, roadside help, labor on repairs, car rental and lodging til my bike gets fixed if I'm out of town.
