Talavera

What do yall think of the Talavera spinning 5'8" 80-200#? I bought a Spheros 1800 today and saw the rod used and for $100. Guy said he weill take $75. Seems a lil short and not sure how it will cast but seems like it would be good for jigging. What yall think?

Do you mean the "Trevalla" rod? If so, that is a jigging rod and $75 is a good price for it, assuming it's in good condition.

It sounds like its a Trevala to me. These were designed for vertical jigging. Most people are not using them for casting.
