I have caught several with a 400 but it is easier if it has a power handle.

Load it up with 50 lb. Power Pro, tighten the drag, and get busy. It will be work, because you won't want to give them much line, but it will do the job.

I've caught 'em on chronarch 100, citica, and Daiwa 253 all with 14 or 15 lb line with 20 lb flouro leader. It takes a good rod and some patience and it works the s#*^ out of you but it ain't that hard and it's a lot of fun.
