Missing clicker: TLD 15

Good day. I have a poster at our fourm, who has TLD clicker issues. If we cannot help or are unsure about the issue, I always refer them to this forum, as you folks are the gurus with Shimanos. (about 12 referrals so far)

I'm unsure about the missing clicker, if he means no clicker, or a clicker that's quiet with the drag setting he's got, or if he means the little pronger inside the cap, not the clicker, at the other end of the reel.
Hope you folks can solve the issue. Thanks in advance. Ken.
Here's his exact post:

I'm a big fan of Shimano reels and in particular, the TLD series. One of my TLD 15s wasn't free spooling at the beginning of the year, so I thought I'd take it apart and clean it.

I cleaned and greased all the parts and everything works great except for the drag. When I open the drag control lever to the free position with the drag on, it sounds like the click pawl is missing... ?!?! Can anyone tell me why this is happening and how to fix it?

His post doesn't make much sense. He says he places the reel in freespool but with the drag on? There is a clicker on the drag lever and then there is the normal clicker assembly. He needs to see if the clicker button is still there. I would also like him to specify what his exact problem is. You can have him call us at 877-577-0600 for further assistance if he is not posting on this board.
