I know the last few are difficult/impossible to age, but the score on the first and second ones should be easy enough for you guys who are good at it. I'm thinking these dudes are 4.5 +- They are from the Golden Triangle in South Texas. Low fence, but protein fed.
I'll get to hunt it this year, and have the last 2 years, but only for does and management deer. Not sure how I'll react if one of those guys shows up. I've been told to take a 5.5 or older seer.
I would venture to say that that first buck is IMO 5.5yrs. Swayed back, pot belly, minimal definition where neck meets the shoulders. Definitely mature! The other pics do not offer enough of a view for me to get a decent idea. But IMHO theye are all ecellent looking deer!
I think I would shoot that second buck, no, I know I would shoot him...
First looks more like 6.5 to me.
