I don't have any plans for you, but I think if Iwas thinking of building a disc I would start with a small 3pt disc and build a running gear for it.
You see the used 3 pt discs on Craig's list or your local paper used. That would give you the entire disc(the gangs,bearings and plow frame) and all the plow operation part of the project. (the ability to adjust the angle of the plow)
Look at and take some pictures of a 12' to 16' disc at an equipment dealer to see how the running gear functions.
I think if you try to build one from the ground up you will end up with this quote in your signature "why buy it for $50 when I can build it for a $100".
