Not A Sore Looser....

I recently got 2cnd. place at a bike show and the bike that beat me was a Victory. Nice bike, great looking extras. My question is this, I entered a metric bike class and I am under the assumption that Victory is American made? So, would it be metric? I know Polaris makes the bike but just wondering if it is a metric bike. .........Stacy

IMHO: I am not familiar with Victory, but the key here is what tools do you use on the bike. Metric or ASE? Slap me if I'm wrong.

My understanding is that metric bikes originate in country's that use the metric system of measurement.

Base on what tools you use does not sound right.

That may be. I don't know. That's why I told Stacy to slap me if I'm wrong. I think she did.

ride

I would put the Victory in the "American" category but that's just my h/o. Heck, Goldwings are made in Ky so we cant do "origin" anymore. If'n I were da judge, it would be determined by the metric /ase rule. Congrats on the win! Guy

I really don't know. But to me a HONDA originated in Japan. Metric. Assembled in KY is is just that.

Not sure about the Victory. Niever looked into them.

I guess the final determination is up to the persons running the contest.

Congratulations on the win. Stacy.
