Jack Plate Help...Please

Why does everything go to H*** at the same time! Anyway, My hydraulic motor on my jack plate is losing oil somewhere and I can't find the leak anywhere. Any suggestions?. Can anyone tell me what kind of oil to use to replace it? Thanks in advance for any info!
