Has PMI gone way up or is this a $400k house? Mine was like $50 a month in 2002 on a $100k.

It has gone up quite a bit. We are looking at moving out to Boerne soon, and only putting 10% down. We originally looked at FHA options, and PMI was a little over 200 a month on 250K.

We have decided to go conventional to avoid that. I wasn't aware you could go conventional with less than 20%, but apparently you can do it with as little as 5% if your credit is good.
