getting rid of nasty stuff

I keep getting invitations to contact college girls and married women that want
to do the big nasty with me. They must have found out what a fab stud I am. LOL Anyway, there's a web site that says I won't get anymore e-mails from them if I click on it. The address looks like its in Jamaca. Is it safe to try or should I just leave it alone and delete them when they come in? I get them almost everyday.

Always delete, never "Click" to remove ect, all that does is give them a valid email address to keep spamming you and passing you around on a valid email list

and fwiw, get you a throw away email address for sites that require validation to join...hotmail ect..something you don't mind that gets full of junk
