Near any pass to gulf

Usually a lot of bulls and blacktips, High island to Gilchrist - the blacktips will be puping in the surf the first weeks of June --anywhere on the beach around brazosport, east Matagorda surf, PINS, North Landcut

Shipchannels at nite

Where are you coming from? I usually hit Surfside or High Island. Sharks should be all up and down the texas coast right now. Pick a spot where you can have some space from crowds and you should be good to go.

I like a place where I can drive onto the beach so I have been hitting surfside lately. I go over the San Luis pass bridge and take the beach access road by some condos a couple of miles down and then turn left on the beach and pick out a spot. We have always done really well over there and you don't have to wait on the ferry like if you're going to High Island.

You just have to learn how to read the water. Some times the waves aren't breaking on the 3rd bar, but they should be bigger. Once you get passed the breaking waves and the water starts to smooth out then you should be passed the third bar.

Does anyone fish the ship channel between Sabine pass and Sabine lake at night for sharks ? I fish around that area all the time but never at night.
