Windy Day Reds Trinity Bay
Had long time customer Trey on the boat yesterday with his good friend Hal and Hals 8 YO son Skyler. We left the ramp around 630 with light winds say around 15 and headed up channel to look for redfish. First stop was a bust with boating only one flounder, so we made a short move and idled down a shoreline and found a real good school of reds feeding on bait. After drifting into casting range I slid the anchor over and set the power pole and the catching began.. They had there 3 man limit in about 40 mins and kept catching until the tide slowed. Total count I would say was up around 30 reds give or take a few.. This was Skyler's first saltwater trip and he was all smiles throughout the morning.. Thanks again Trey and Hal for the awesome trip... Yesterday was the first day I got to use my new GoPro2 let me tell you this is one sweet little camera the video quality is unreal.. I really cant post any videos it would give away the area but its a pretty cool camera..
Thanks
