Shamrock Anti-Reverse Rolller Bearing Lubrication????

What is the recommended lubrication for the anti-reverse roller bearing??

I have typically used a light grease (abu reel grease or equiv.) since it's really about corrosion protection as much as anything on these rollers. It's not like a thin oil will help casting or anything.

I was just wondering if that is the best to use, and I know some of you that post here are in the business of repairing/cleaning reels.

Thanks for your input,

Dolch
