24 hours in and it seems like hell....but I am winning this time....Half can of snuff on my desk and have not touched it.......It is like I know I can have a dip if I want, this time I don't....

Get a pack of gum for when you want to put something in your mouth. Stay the course. The reason I quit more than anything including the threat of having to give a dr. some lip (literally) is that that stuff messes with my energy. After the first few days of quitting when I feel the need to nap a lot things settle down and my body starts running better on its own juice.
