Shimano parts in Western Canada

Hi, Bantam 1. I called the Ontario (Canada) offices, who referred me to the 1-888 number in CA. The fellow who answered referred me to Virginia, not grasping I was not in America. He said "oh". I heard a click.

Next thing I know, I'm sent to a voice mail to leave a message, but that might take longer to get to than a note here, to learn where I buy TLD 20 parts in BC (British Columbia). I have received 20 of them to repair for a guide on Haida Gwaii.

Shimano Canada pulled out of BC some time in the recent past.

There are several repair shops 750 miles away from me, who carry Shimano parts or have acces to them, some better than others, so I hear.

I wonder why the Canada office sent you to us? That doesn't make sense. Did you call the 866-491-5229 number? That is customer service for Canada and they can sell you parts. We only have two service centers in Canada now. The closest place to you is John's Sporting Goods in Washington. They might be able to help you out if the Canada office doesn't help you. Actually try the number I gave you tomorrow. If they give you the run around let me know and I'll put you in touch with a good person in the Canada office.
