I used Goodspeed (above) as well. Very thorough. I was able to renegotiate for a much better price on a house I bought recently after his inspection. Be careful not to get suckered into using the real estate agents inspector, better off getting an independent opinion.

I am still looking for one in the area...anyone else to recommend? most that I have called are booked for the week/next weeks
